Here is information to help you manage your Membership Account.
Is there a password?
When you join as a free member of the Ethics and Insurance Newsletter, an account is set up for you. There is no password for your account. Nothing like that is stored.
How to Log In
Your email is the gateway to accessing your account. When you want to login, go to the home page and click on ‘Log In’. Enter your email into the ‘Sign In’ box and click on the button to be sent a login link by email. Make sure that the email you use is the same one you used when you took out your membership.
Go to your email inbox and click on the link in the email I’ve just sent you. You’ll then be logged into your account. You will be logged in on that device for a couple of weeks or until you clear browser cookies.
Avoiding Spam Folders
To help ensure that emails relating to the Ethic and Insurance Newsletter don't get caught in your email spam or junk filters, just reply to the very first email you get from me, just putting a word like DONE in the reply. This will also help ensure that ‘log in’ emails go to your inbox.
Accessing Account Details
You can access your account by clicking on the white 'Log In' button in the top right hand corner of the home page. There you will be able to edit your email detailed and cancel your membership to the newsletter.
How do I Sign Out
When logged in, you can sign out of your account by clicking on the 'head and shoulders' image in the top right corner of the home page. A sign out option is then displayed.
I Need Support!
You can contact me for account support reasons by clicking on the round button in the bottom right corner of the home page. A ‘contact support’ button is shown. Clicking on it will open a new email on your email client.
